  • We provide educational consulting services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.

  • Once payment has been received, you will be connected with your tutor(s).

  • It is against these Terms to attempt to contract one of our tutors for external work.

  • If students do not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson may be cancelled.

  • Lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time; otherwise, you will still be charged for the session.

  • You may request a refund of your remaining balance at any time.

  • You may request a change of tutors at any time.

 

3. Payment

  • Payments for our services are processed securely via Wix’s payment system.

  • By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

 

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

 

5. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services.
